Sierra Blanc is inspired by the majestic Sierra Blanca peak, towering above the Lincoln National Forest at nearly 12,000 feet above sea level and making it the highest mountain peak in southern New Mexico. On the nose, the Sierra Blanc exudes the inviting aromas of ripe Cantaloupe, fresh basil, lemon, and wildflowers; reminiscent of warm summer days in the mountains. On the palate, notes of dandelion, pistachio, jasmine, and honeydew. Each sip is an homage to adventure through lush mountain scapes and valleys, echoing the purity of nature's bounty.
